We'll deliver as little as 1 cubic yard, but the per-yard price gets better with larger orders. For very small orders (less than 1 yard), it's often more economical to bag-pickup at a local landscape supply.

Yes — we can pair delivery with a skid-steer (Kubota SVL75-2 or SVL90-2) and spread the material where you need it. Saves you the wheelbarrow work. Quoted as a single combined job.
"Premium" or "screened" topsoil is for finish work like gardens and lawns — sieved to remove rocks. "Garden mix" blends topsoil with compost. "Fill dirt" is rougher and used for grade-raising or backfill, not for planting.
